Our high quality FFP2 masks or our CE2163 certified FFP2 respirators, with patented PTFE filter material (Teflon filter material), are superior to the simple standard FFP2 mask with the pure MELT-BLOWN / VLIES material in terms of filter material stability and its durability.

Our FFP2 masks are fully CE certified by EN149:2001+A1:2009 and have a so-called comprehensive type examination. As I said, all this is carried out and certified by an approved test center or a Notified Body. In our case with the current number NB2163 or CE2163. Probably already from mid-January 2021, the CE2163 on our FFP2 masks, by the new SGS Institute CE type examination, will be replaced by the then new CE marking with the CE0598.

This means that our FFP2 masks have now passed four complete tests since the beginning of 2020, including a special test by TÜV Nord for deliveries to the federal government. The FFP2 masks are supplied with a soft neck strap, which makes wearing the mask for longer periods of time very comfortable, as it relieves the ears. In addition, the mask has, despite its FFP2 protection level of over 95% filter performance, an excellent breathing comfort or breathing characteristics.

Our high quality CE2163 or CE0598 certified FFP2 masks, with the patented PTFE filter material, is superior to the simple FFP2 mask with the classic MELT-BLOWN / VLIES material in terms of filter material stability and durability. Our FFP2 masks have full CE certification from an approved testing body or a so-called Notified Body with the number NB2163 or NB 0598 or CE0598. In the future, the CE marking CE0598 will be found on the FFP2 masks.

Our respirators have passed all the required tests for the EN 149:2001+A1:2009 standard. Thus, our FFP2 masks are approved as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to the regulations of (EU) 2016/425 Annex 9 for sale and distribution in the European Union.

The FFP2 respirators offered by us are tested and evaluated exclusively in accordance with the European PPE Regulation EU 2016/425 Official Journal L81/51 of 09.03.2016 on the basis of the standards and test standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009 for "particle filtering half masks" by a N.B. (Notified Body) - Institute or test laboratory approved and certified for this purpose by the EU. The term Notified Body comes from the English vocabulary.

A tested and approved mask can be recognized by the CE mark, followed by the four-digit code number of the testing laboratory (e.g. CE2163 or CE0598) and the name of the applied test standard of the so-called EN 149: 2001+A1: 2009. In addition to the CE mark, this test standard must be applied to the product and the packaging in a clearly legible manner, along with the article number or article description and the respiratory protection mask protection class. The protection class or the protection level means FFP1, FFP2 or FFP3!

The so often called term of the half mask explains that the mask covers quasi the mouth and the nose, thus half the face or protects. Our FFP2 respirators offer you maximum protection against viruses bound in droplets and aerosols. In addition, against bacteria, other aerosols, germs, fungi, spores and various dusts.Despite the high degree of protection of the FFP2 mask, our mask has a very good wearing and breathing comfort. In addition, our mask has an additional patented layer of a special fleece material made of PTFE, which represents a significant increase in quality compared to the simple or standard FFP2 mask.

Without that we as an importer want to use the following information as a promotion tool, the mask manufacturer certifies us a possible wearing time of the mask of far more than 40 hours! In addition, the possibility of this FFP2 mask in a maximum of 60-65 ° hot and pure water, by simply putting in it, to clean. Even after 10 cleaning attempts, the filtering performance of the FFP2 mask has not changed and safely maintains the FFP2 standard of at least 94% filtering performance.

Despite all this, we recommend that you please use the mask normally and dispose of it accordingly after a good day's shift. We like to present this here purely informative online, because these facts simply speak for the quality of our FFP2 respirator mask or for our manufacturer. In addition to our FFP2 masks, you will receive a soft or flexible neck strap made of plastic free of charge. With a pack of 20 you get four of these neckbands. This neck or carrying strap allows you to wear the mask if necessary also rather once longer, without which you will feel it particularly at the ears, conditioned by the ear loops, so as very often usual, or it will feel as unpleasant!

FFP2 respirators but also FFP3 respirators must be really tight on the wearer or also sit tight, because otherwise the entire protection of the FFP2 and FFP3 mask brings you unfortunately nothing. Nevertheless, a wearing and breathing comfort is also an important factor for the FFP2 or FFP3 mask wearer.

For further questions about the application of the FFP2 respirator mask, please browse a little further on our website or call us for questions about FFP2 or FFP3 masks. If you have any questions about the certificates of the respirators, you can of course also contact us. Please understand that we have unfortunately discontinued the download area for the certificates of our respiratory protection masks due to misuse of certificates. A release of the certificates you need for our FFP2 and FFP3 masks is a matter of course.
